What We Collect

• Information you send us. When you submit the quote form or the factory tour form, we receive your email address and any company name, country, phone number, sourcing requirements and message you choose to include.
• Information collected automatically. Pages visited, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and browser and device type. We use Google Analytics 4 for this.

The site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

How We Use It

We use personal information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and lighting plans, arrange factory visits, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information.

Who We Share It With

• Formspree, which delivers form submissions to our inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to its processing.
• Google, through Google Analytics 4, for aggregate traffic reporting.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and serves it from a global network.
• Our own staff and sales agents, who need the information to answer you.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry and quote records are kept as long as needed to handle your request and to meet record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics account.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

International Transfers

Our team is in China. Formspree processes form submissions in the United States, Cloudflare serves the site from data centers in many countries, and Google Analytics processes data in the United States and elsewhere. Information may therefore cross borders.

Marketing Emails and Unsubscribe

Commercial emails we send identify our business and give a working reply address. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and we act on unsubscribe requests within five business days. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time by writing to [email protected].
