The value line: fewer parts, a lighter body and the lowest cost per fixture we ship, built for low-budget rooms and e-commerce sellers, with the 240W–720W steps as the volume favourites. The CE / UL driver is potted inside the frame edge, so the fixture reads as one clean bar with no exposed driver box, and the whole unit is lighter than other folding designs in its class. Eight power steps from 240W to 1200W run on 3–12 bars at up to 3,360 µmol/s. Samsung, Epistar or SMD diodes, dimmable and daisy-chainable on the same platform as our flagship series. ETL, CE, RoHS and UKCA certified, with private label, labeling and FBA warehouse-entry support.

ECO is not a lesser flagship. It is a different answer: how do you light more canopy for the same capital budget?
| Why choose the ECO Series | |
|---|---|
| 💸 Lowest cost per fixture in the range | At 2.5–2.8 µmol/J, ECO trades some efficacy for a significantly lower unit price. For propagation rooms, mother rooms and multi-room builds where capital is the constraint, that trade often wins on total cost of ownership. |
| 🧱 Driver potted into the frame | The CE / UL driver is glue-sealed inside the frame edge, so the fixture reads as one clean bar with no exposed driver box. First-time buyers often assume there is no driver at all; it is simply sealed away from dust and moisture, with fewer cables and fewer failure points. |
| ⏱️ Lighter and faster to install | Noticeably lighter than other folding designs in its class, with an all-in-one structure that means fewer parts to assemble and fewer failure points. Eight power steps on one platform also mean your team learns one fixture, not four. |
| 🏗️ Eight power steps from 240W to 1200W | 240W to 1200W across 3–12 bar configurations. The 240W–720W steps are the volume favourites for e-commerce sellers and small-room builds. |
| 🧩 Same platform as the flagship | 0–10V dimming and RJ12/RJ45 daisy-chain control compatible with most third-party lighting controllers, on the same aluminium housing standards, so ECO fixtures mix cleanly with higher-efficacy models in the same facility. |
| 🛒 Private label and FBA ready | Built for e-commerce sellers: your logo and labels, carton and labeling to FBA warehouse-entry requirements, and factory-direct pricing that leaves room for your margin. |
Red, blue, UV and IR in one fixture, tuned for the whole plant cycle.
Every ECO build runs a full spectrum with red, blue, UV and IR output. Red drives photosynthesis and flower development, blue keeps vegetative growth compact and well structured, and the UV and IR channels shape the canopy-level response from stretch through finishing. Because all four are built into the same fixture, one light carries a room through the whole cycle from veg to flower, and lower-power steps are commonly configured for mother and veg rooms.
Against the narrow output of legacy HPS or basic white bars, more of the wattage lands as usable light, which is where the series' 2.5–2.8 µmol/J efficacy and its lower running cost come from. Under OEM/ODM the spectrum can be tuned to your crop protocol and matched to the light already in your building, so an ECO room sits in the same spectral envelope as the rest of your LED estate.
We do not publish a generic spectral power distribution curve, because published curves are catalogue graphics rather than a measurement of this fixture. A measured spectral report for your configuration is available on request and ships with the order.
Values are the series range across all eight power steps. Efficacy is verified per production batch on our in-house integrating sphere; the test report ships with the order.

| Where the ECO Series fits | |
|---|---|
| 🌱 Mother, veg and clone rooms | The 240–480W steps are sized for propagation and veg, so you pay for the photons the stage needs, not for full flower output. |
| 🌿 Budget-driven flower rooms | Where capital is the constraint, the lower cost per fixture often wins on total cost of ownership at 2.5–2.8 µmol/J. |
| 🏠 Small rooms and starter builds | The compact, lighter all-in-one body suits starter rooms and low-ceiling installs without changing product lines. |
| 🔁 Mixed facilities | ECO in veg and mother rooms, Golden or 4×4Ft High-End in flower, and both layers run on the same control infrastructure. |
| 🍅 Greenhouse supplemental | Wide 0–10V dimming makes the fixture easy to blend with daylight in greenhouse regimes. |
At full output on a 12/12 flowering photoperiod, a 1200W build draws about 14.4 kWh per day and a 240W build about 2.9 kWh. Dimming brings that down further, and the exact draw of your configuration is confirmed in the test report that ships with each order.
Send your room size and target PPFD, we reply with a fixture count, a layout and a configured quotation.
We do not publish a generic PPFD table, because the same fixture reads very differently at 12 in and at 36 in, over reflective walls or open aisles. Instead, send your room and we return a layout.
Canopy footprint, ceiling height, aisle width, and whether the space is sealed or ventilated.
Mother, veg, clone or flower: lower-power ECO steps (240–480W) are often the right tool before full flower lighting.
You get a fixture count, wattage per fixture, bar configuration, and estimated canopy-level PPFD with stated assumptions.
Configured pricing, warranty term, and the lead time for your quantity, confirmed in writing.
That is the deliberate trade-off: ECO uses a simpler bar and driver configuration to hit a much lower unit price. If your constraint is capital, meaning fitting more rooms or lighting a larger canopy within a fixed budget, the lower cost per fixture usually beats the extra efficacy on payback. If you are optimising grams per watt instead, look at the Advanced Golden series (3.0–3.5 µmol/J).
Eight steps from 240W up to 1200W on 3–12 bars. The right pairing depends on ceiling height and target PPFD, which is what the free layout plan resolves.
This series ships factory-direct from our Dongguan plant. Production runs 15–35 days depending on quantity, and the lead time for your configuration is confirmed with the quotation.
All-in-one means the driver and bars are integrated with no interconnect cables to assemble on site, which means fewer installation errors and fewer failure points. It is the same housing and assembly standard we use across the range, backed by the same warranty terms.
Dimming is 0–10V and daisy-chaining is RJ12/RJ45, which is compatible with most third-party lighting controllers on the market. Tell us what controller you run and we will confirm before you order.
Yes. OEM/ODM covers spectrum, PPFD target, logo, LED brand, housing colour, driver, style and design, plus optional smart controllers and apps. Samples are typically ready in 1–5 days and mass production runs 15–35 days depending on volume.
That is a common setup: for example, ECO in veg and mother rooms, Golden or 4×4Ft High-End in flower. Because dimming, daisy-chain and spectrum platforms are shared, both layers run on the same control infrastructure.
2–3 years optional, model-dependent, covering the fixture and driver. Terms are stated on the quotation so there is no ambiguity at delivery.
Dimensions, ceiling height, and your current lighting if you have it. We reply with a layout, a PPFD estimate and a configured quotation.
