4×6Ft Series — 1000W–1400W DLC-Listed LED Grow Lights

The SLTMAKS 4×6Ft Series is our highest-volume commercial LED grow light. It comes in 1000W, 1200W, 1300W and 1400W builds for 5×7 ft flower bays. Each fixture delivers 2,800–4,102 µmol/s at 2.8–3.0 µmol/J across 10 or 12 bars, with single or dual channel output and 0–10V dimming on RJ12/RJ45 daisy-chain control. The series stands behind two of our documented US reference projects. In one Oklahoma City facility, 38 fixtures averaged 6.2 lbs of flower per fixture. DLC-certified configurations qualify for utility rebate programs, and in-stock models ship within 48 hours from the USA and Canada. Buy factory-direct from our Dongguan plant with OEM/ODM support.

Why Choose the 4×6Ft Series

Four reasons this is the fixture we quote most often for licensed US and Canadian facilities.

Why choose the 4×6Ft Series
💰 DLC listing = rebate moneyDLC certification makes these fixtures eligible for utility rebate programs across US states and provinces, often a meaningful share of project capex back. We supply the documentation your contractor needs for the application.
📦 Stocked where you growThe most-ordered wattages sit in our US and Canada warehouses. Ready-to-ship units dispatch within 48 hours, domestic shipping, no overseas transit or customs surprises mid-project.
🔬 Dual channel when you want itSingle-channel for straightforward full-spectrum rooms; dual-channel adds independent UV/IR control for growers who run finishing signals. Same frame, same installation, one ordering decision.
🎛️ 0–10V dimming, daisy-chain controlDim by hand for one room or drive the whole run from a controller, with no proprietary hardware in between.

Spectrum

One spectrum platform, configured per order.

Every 4×6Ft build ships a white-based full spectrum. Dual-channel builds add a second control circuit so UV and IR can be driven independently of the main spectrum, and the spectrum can be customised to your crop protocol under OEM/ODM.

We do not publish a generic spectral power distribution curve. Published curves are generic catalogue graphics rather than a measurement of this fixture. A measured spectral report for your configuration is available on request and ships with the order.

Pro tip. Running mixed power steps in one room is normal practice: centre rows on 1300–1400W and edge rows on 1000W flatten canopy PPFD. The layout plan returns the per-row split with its estimate.

Specifications

Values are the series range across the four power steps. Efficacy is verified per production batch on our in-house integrating sphere; the test report ships with the order.

Application Scenarios

Where the 4×6Ft Series fits
🌿 Commercial cannabisFull-cycle veg-to-flower output for licensed rooms, in jurisdictions where cannabis cultivation is legal.
🏠 Standard 4×6 ft flowering roomsThe footprint this series was designed around: one fixture, one hanger set, no overlap to manage.
🍅 Greenhouse supplementalWide 0–10V dimming makes the fixture easy to blend with daylight in greenhouse regimes.
🔁 One platform for veg and flowerDim the same fixture model for veg cycles and run full output for flower, so one spares list covers the whole facility.
🌱 Mixed propagation and flowerSame platform dimmed for veg and propagation, so one spares list covers the whole room.

Energy Snapshot

At full output on a 12/12 flowering photoperiod, a 1400W build draws about 16.8 kWh per day and a 1000W build about 12 kWh. Dimming brings that down further, and the exact draw of your configuration is confirmed in the test report that ships with each order.

Field Evidence, Not Adjectives

Reported by the cultivators; write-ups available on request. This series carries two of our three documented US reference projects.

The dual-channel 1300W build is also the top light in our dual-layer reference project: 200 × 4×6Ft 1300W + 600 × 120W under-canopy across 5 × 1,200 sq ft → 1,372 lbs. Full write-ups on the case studies page.

Sizing a 4×6 Build for Your Room

We do not publish a generic PPFD table, because the same fixture reads very differently at 12 in and at 36 in, over reflective walls or open aisles. Instead, send your room and we return a layout.

Room dimensions

Canopy footprint, ceiling height, aisle width, and whether the space is sealed or ventilated.

Existing lighting

Send your current fixture count and wattage, and we map the replacement, including the heat-load delta.

Fixture map

You get a fixture count, wattage per fixture, bar configuration, and estimated canopy-level PPFD with stated assumptions.

FAQ

Which power step should I choose — 1000W or 1300W?

Both are DLC-listed 4×6 ft frame builds. 1000W suits standard ceiling heights and rebate-driven budgets; 1300W and 1400W push harder PPFD for high-density flower. The free layout plan compares both options on your actual room before you commit.

Is the DLC certificate transferable for my rebate application?

The fixtures carry their own DLC listing; rebate programs require the product's DLC listing number plus your project documentation. We provide the listing details and specification sheets your contractor needs for the application.

What is actually in stock in the USA and Canada?

The most-ordered wattages of this series are held in our US and Canada warehouses, with ready-to-ship units dispatching within 48 hours. Stock moves quickly on 1000W and 1300W — confirm the wattage and channel configuration when you request a quote.

How does the dual-channel version differ?

The main full spectrum runs on the primary channel in both versions. Dual-channel builds add a separate control circuit so UV and IR can be driven independently — useful for finishing signals or running vegetative stages without UV/IR. Same frame and installation either way.

Can I get a custom spectrum, my own logo and my own housing colour?

Yes. OEM/ODM covers spectrum, PPFD target, logo, LED brand, housing colour, driver, style and design, plus optional smart controllers and apps. Samples are typically ready in 1–5 days and mass production runs 15–35 days depending on volume.

What is the warranty and what does it cover?

Up to 5 years optional, model-dependent, covering the fixture and driver. Terms are stated on the quotation so there is no ambiguity at delivery.
