The SLTMAKS 4×8Ft Series is our hot format 1200W–1600W full spectrum LED grow light, built for commercial flower bays up to 5×10 ft per fixture. It delivers 3,360–4,650 µmol/s at 2.8–3.1 µmol/J across 10, 12 or 15 bars, with single or dual channel output and 0–10V dimming on RJ12/RJ45 daisy-chain control. One frame does the work of two smaller fixtures: fewer hangs, fewer drivers and fewer wiring runs per square foot. Ready-to-ship models are stocked in the USA and Canada for 48-hour dispatch, with factory-direct OEM/ODM support from our Dongguan plant. Stock availability varies by model, so confirm what is on hand when you request a quote.

Six reasons growers consolidate large flower bays on this fixture.
| Why choose the 4×8Ft Series | |
|---|---|
| 📦 Fewer fixtures per square foot | A 4×8 ft fixture covers the same area as two 4×4 ft lights, so the same footprint needs fewer fixtures. Covering the same area with smaller fixtures means more hangs, more wiring runs, more breaker slots, and more labour on every install and every remodel. |
| 🔧 Fewer failure points per photon | Consolidating output into fewer, larger frames reduces driver count and connection points per square foot of canopy — less to inspect, less to service, fewer spares to hold. |
| 🏗️ Five power steps, three bar counts | 1200–1600W across 10 / 12 / 15 bar frames, so the wattage is matched to the room instead of the room to the fixture. |
| 🎛️ 0–10V dimming, daisy-chain control | Dim by hand for one bay or drive the whole run from a controller, with no proprietary hardware in between. |
| 🚚 US / Canada stock | Ready-to-ship models are dispatched within 48 hours from our US and Canada warehouses, cutting lead time for restocks and new room fits. |
| ✅ ETL certified | This fixture is ETL certified: quality assured, with a long service life. |
One spectrum platform, configured per order.
Every 4×8Ft build ships a white-based full spectrum. Dual-channel builds add a second control circuit so UV and IR can be driven independently of the main spectrum, and the spectrum can be customised to your crop protocol under OEM/ODM.
We do not publish a generic spectral power distribution curve. Published curves are generic catalogue graphics rather than a measurement of this fixture. A measured spectral report for your configuration is available on request and ships with the order.
Values are the series range across the five power steps. Efficacy is verified per production batch on our in-house integrating sphere; the test report ships with the order.

| Where the 4×8Ft Series fits | |
|---|---|
| 🌿 Large commercial flower bays | Full-cycle output for 5×8–5×10 ft bays, where fewer, larger fixtures cut installation and maintenance labour. |
| 🍅 Greenhouse supplemental | Wide 0–10V dimming makes the fixture easy to blend with daylight in greenhouse regimes. |
| 🏠 High-bay open rooms | Generous ceiling height lets the 4×8 ft frame spread evenly across a 5×10 ft canopy, with no overlap between fixtures to manage. |
| 🔁 One platform for veg and flower | Dim the same fixture model for veg cycles and run full output for flower, so one spares list covers the whole facility. |
| ⚡ New builds and remodels | Consolidating to fewer fixtures reduces wiring runs, breaker slots and daisy-chain links when fitting out a new room. |
At full output on a 12/12 flowering photoperiod, a 1600W build draws about 19.2 kWh per day and a 1200W build about 14.4 kWh. Dimming brings that down further, and the exact draw of your configuration is confirmed in the test report that ships with each order.
Send your room size and target PPFD, we reply with a fixture count, a layout and a configured quotation.
We do not publish a generic PPFD table, because the same fixture reads very differently at 12 in and at 36 in, over reflective walls or open aisles. Instead, send your room and we return a layout.
Canopy footprint, ceiling height, aisle width, and whether the space is sealed or ventilated.
Send your current fixture count and wattage, and we map the replacement, including the heat-load delta.
You get a fixture count, wattage per fixture, bar configuration, and estimated canopy-level PPFD with stated assumptions.
Configured pricing, warranty term, lead time, and current US / Canada warehouse availability.
Per square metre of canopy, the 4×8 usually wins on installation cost — fewer hangs, fewer wiring runs, fewer daisy-chain links. Two smaller fixtures win when you need finer zoning, lower ceilings, or redundant coverage across separate circuits. Send the room and the layout plan will price both ways before you commit.
The frame is 4×8 ft, so it needs ceiling height and clearance to spread light across a 5×10 ft canopy without hotspots near the bars. As a rule, the tighter the ceiling, the smaller the frame you should choose — the layout plan includes mounting height assumptions you can verify on site.
The main full spectrum runs on the primary channel in both versions. Dual-channel builds add a separate control circuit so UV and IR can be driven independently — useful for finishing signals or running vegetative stages without UV/IR. Same frame and installation either way.
Yes. The fixture runs on wide-range AC 100–277V, so standard 110V and 220V outlets work as-is; 347V and 380V versions can be customised for commercial installations.
Yes. OEM/ODM covers spectrum, PPFD target, logo, LED brand, housing colour, driver, style and design, plus optional smart controllers and apps. Samples are typically ready in 1–5 days and mass production runs 15–35 days depending on volume.
Up to 5 years optional, model-dependent, covering the fixture and driver. Terms are stated on the quotation so there is no ambiguity at delivery.
Dimensions, ceiling height, and your current lighting if you have it. We reply with a layout, a PPFD estimate and a configured quotation.
