Spider Series — 600W–1500W Compact-Packing LED Grow Lights, Snap-On Bars

More fixtures per pallet, less freight per fixture. The Spider frame folds into a fraction of its assembled volume, and the bars snap on with a patent wireless lock, so no tools and no bar-to-bar wiring stand between the carton and a finished install. Seven power steps from 600W to 1500W on 6–15 bars, up to 4,500 µmol/s, in single, dual or three-channel builds. Samsung, Osram, Epistar or SMD diodes on a CE / UL Sosen driver, full spectrum with red, blue, UV and IR. ETL, CE and RoHS certified.

Why Choose the Spider Series

Where installation labour and freight cost are the constraint, Spider changes the math.

Why choose the Spider Series
🧲 Patent wireless snap-lockBars snap on without tools and without bar-to-bar wiring: a full frame assembles in minutes, and a two-person install becomes a one-person job.
📦 Ultra-compact packingThe fold-down frame packs into a fraction of its assembled volume, giving more units per pallet, lower freight per fixture and a smaller warehouse footprint.
⚡ Seven power steps600W / 800W / 1000W / 1060W / 1200W / 1400W / 1500W across 6–15 bar configurations, up to 4,500 µmol/s.
🔬 Single / dual / three-channel optionsChoose the channel configuration at order time; higher-channel builds add independent control circuits for spectrum management.
🎛️ 0–10V dimming, daisy-chain controlDim by hand for one room or drive the whole run from a controller, with no proprietary hardware in between.
🏗️ One platform, many rooms6–15 bars and seven power steps cover small rooms to large bays on one product line and one spares list.

Spectrum

Red, blue, UV and IR in one fixture, tuned for the whole plant cycle.

Spider runs a full spectrum with red, blue, UV and IR output. Red drives photosynthesis and flower development, blue keeps vegetative growth compact and well structured, UV supports terpene and secondary-metabolite expression, and IR shapes the far-red response that finishes a canopy. Because all four are built into the same fixture, one light carries a room through the whole cycle from veg to flower.

Channel configuration is chosen at order time: single-channel builds run the full spectrum as one circuit, while dual and three-channel builds add independent control circuits for spectrum management, configured to your crop protocol under OEM/ODM.

Full spectrum for the whole plant cycle Red photosynthesis and flowering Blue compact vegetative growth UV terpene and metabolite expression IR far-red canopy response

We do not publish a generic spectral power distribution curve, because published curves are catalogue graphics rather than a measurement of this fixture. A measured spectral report for your configuration is available on request and ships with the order.

Pro tip. Compact packing changes freight math: before assuming sea freight is the only economic option for your lane, price the Spider carton volume against air freight, and the saving per fixture is larger than most buyers expect.

Values are the series range across the seven power steps. Efficacy is verified per production batch on our in-house integrating sphere; the test report ships with the order.

Application Scenarios

Where the Spider Series fits
🌿 Commercial cannabis flower roomsFull-cycle output from 600W small rooms to 1500W large bays on one platform.
🛠️ Fast-fit installationsTool-free snap-on assembly: large fixture counts installed in a fraction of the usual labour window.
📦 Freight-sensitive projectsUltra-compact packing lowers cost per fixture on long lanes and air-freight jobs.
🔬 Spectrum-management roomsDual and three-channel builds for growers running independent UV/IR or split-spectrum schedules.
🔁 Multi-room facilities7 power steps and 6–15 bar frames cover every room type on one product line and spares list.

Energy Snapshot

At full output on a 12/12 flowering photoperiod, a 1500W build draws about 18 kWh per day and a 600W build about 7.2 kWh. Dimming brings that down further, and the exact draw of your configuration is confirmed in the test report that ships with each order.

Sizing a Spider Build for Your Room

We do not publish a generic PPFD table, because the same fixture reads very differently at 12 in and at 36 in, over reflective walls or open aisles. Instead, send your room and we return a layout.

Room dimensions

Canopy footprint, ceiling height, aisle width, and whether the space is sealed or ventilated.

Existing lighting

Send your current fixture count and wattage, and we map the replacement, including the heat-load delta.

You get a fixture count, wattage per fixture, bar configuration, and estimated canopy-level PPFD with stated assumptions.

FAQ

How does the wireless snap-lock installation work?

Each bar snaps onto the frame with a patent lock mechanism, so there are no tools and no bar-to-bar wiring to connect on site. Unfold the frame, snap the bars, hang and power: a full multi-bar fixture assembles in minutes by one person.

Why does compact packing matter for a commercial buyer?

Freight is quoted on volume as much as weight. The Spider frame folds into a fraction of its assembled volume, so more fixtures fit per pallet and per container; the freight cost per fixture drops accordingly. We quote the exact packing specs with your quotation.

What is the difference between single, dual and three-channel builds?

All versions run the full spectrum with red, blue, UV and IR. Dual and three-channel builds add independent control circuits for spectrum management, so the split is configured at order time to your crop protocol.

Can I get a custom spectrum, my own logo and my own housing colour?

Yes. OEM/ODM covers spectrum, PPFD target, logo, LED brand, housing colour, driver, style and design, plus optional smart controllers and apps. Samples are typically ready in 1–5 days and mass production runs 15–35 days depending on volume.

Where does this series ship from?

This series ships factory-direct from our Dongguan plant. Production runs 15–35 days depending on quantity, and the lead time for your configuration is confirmed with the quotation.

What is the warranty and what does it cover?

Up to 5 years optional, model-dependent, covering the fixture and driver. Terms are stated on the quotation so there is no ambiguity at delivery.
